1. Prohibited Uses

Any activity that violates applicable law, regulation, or governmental order, including but not limited to:
- Violating intellectual property, privacy, or data protection laws
- Facilitating fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
- Generating or disseminating content that is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
1.2 Harmful Content
Generating, storing, or transmitting content that:
- Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors
- Incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against individuals or groups
- Promotes self-harm or suicide
- Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery
- Contains malicious code, viruses, or malware
1.3 Abuse of the Services
- Attempting to compromise the integrity or security of our systems, including probing, scanning, or testing for vulnerabilities without authorisation
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services
- Circumventing rate limits, usage quotas, or other access restrictions
- Creating accounts or accessing the Services through automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our prior written consent
- Using the Services in a manner that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure
- Misusing API keys or account credentials, including sharing them with unauthorised parties
1.4 Unauthorised Access
- Attempting to access accounts, systems, or networks that you do not own or have permission to access
- Accessing or using the Services after your account has been suspended or terminated
- Selling, reselling, or leasing access to the Services without our prior written consent
1.5 Deceptive or Fraudulent Use
- Impersonating any person or entity, including Tensflare employees or representatives
- Making false representations about your identity, qualifications, or relationship with Tensflare
- Using the Services to generate deceptive content, including deepfakes without disclosure, phishing materials, or misleading impersonations
- Representing that outputs from our Services constitute legal advice or a substitute for professional legal judgment (see Section 3)
2. Content Standards for Inputs and Outputs
You are responsible for the content you submit to or generate with our Services. You represent and warrant that your Inputs and any resulting Outputs:
- Do not violate any applicable law or regulation
- Do not infringe or misappropriate any third-party right, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, or publicity rights
- Do not contain personal data of third parties without appropriate consent or legal basis
- Are not confidential or proprietary information of a third party that you are not authorised to submit
3. Legal and Professional Use
Tensflare's products are tools designed to assist legal professionals. They do not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any Outputs before relying on or acting upon them
- Exercising independent legal judgment in your use of our Services
- Complying with applicable professional conduct rules, including duties of competence, confidentiality, and supervision
- Informing clients or relevant parties that you use AI-powered tools in your practice, where required by applicable rules
You must not represent, expressly or implicitly, that Tensflare's Services are a substitute for qualified legal counsel or that Outputs constitute legally binding advice.
4. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and API keys
- Implementing appropriate security measures in your own systems that interact with the Services
- Promptly notifying us at security@tensflare.com of any security incident or suspected breach involving your account
- Running regular security assessments of any applications that integrate with our Services
5. Rate Limits and Fair Use
We may establish and enforce reasonable rate limits, usage quotas, and other constraints on your use of the Services. These limits are designed to ensure fair access for all users. If you require higher limits, please contact us at sales@tensflare.com.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at:

Please include sufficient detail to allow us to investigate, including:
- Date and time of the violation
- Description of the violating activity
- Any relevant account identifiers, IP addresses, or content
- Any evidence supporting your report
We will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include investigation, suspension, or termination of accounts.
7. Enforcement and Consequences
Violation of this AUP may result in any or all of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- Issuance of a warning
- Suspension or limitation of your access to the Services
- Termination of your account
- Pursuit of legal remedies, including reporting violations to law enforcement authorities
- Public disclosure of the violation if required by law or to protect our users or the public
We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
